Classes return to Club Coridale from Monday 20 April, bringing energy back into the space and giving residents more ways to stay active and connected.
From calming flows and strength-focused sessions to high-energy dance, the lineup is designed to keep everyone moving and feeling good. With Pilates, Yoga, Zumba for ages 16+ and Hey Dee Ho for preschoolers up to age 5, there’s something for every age and energy level.
Whether you’re looking to stretch, strengthen, dance, or enjoy active time with your child, these sessions are all about movement, connection, and making the most of your club.

Pilates at Club Coridale is getting a refresh.
We’re welcoming Tanille as your new instructor to continue with another full term of mindful, feel‑good movement!
Each session continues to focus on controlled movement, core strength, posture, and flexibility. With a balanced and varied approach, classes are supportive yet gently challenging, helping participants build strength and confidence at their own pace.
