This Special General Meeting is being held for the Owners Corporation to vote on a new lease agreement with Club Coridale Limited, which includes the common property area (car park & driveway) adjoining the Club Coridale structure.
Under the Owners Corporations Act 2006, a special resolution is required for decisions that significantly affect the Owners Corporation, including dealings with common property such as leases.
A special resolution is passed if:
- If a ballot or poll is taken, 75% of the total lot entitlements of all the lots affected by the owners corporation; or
- In any other case, 75% of the total votes for all the lots affected by the owners corporation.
If you have previously opted to receive your correspondence via mail, the Notice of Special General Meeting and other applicable documents have been posted out to you.
Should you not receive your copy of the meeting notice in the coming days, please don't hesitate to contact our office. For members who have opted to receive their correspondence electronically, this notice serves as your electronic correspondence.
Please note, this is not an Annual General Meeting, and therefore, other standard motions typically proposed at such meetings are not applicable.

You also have the right to appoint a proxy. The prescribed proxy form is available within the SGM pack.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are in arrears for any amounts owing to the Owners Corporation, you are unable to vote at the meeting.
