If you’re working towards a fitness goal, getting back into a healthy routine, or simply curious to learn more about your body composition, a Drop-In Body Scan Session is coming to Club Coridale.

A body composition scan goes beyond weight alone, providing additional insights that can help you better understand your starting point, track changes over time, and support your personal health and fitness goals.

The session will be coordinated by Jacqui Bate, a Coridale resident and Senior Physiotherapist specialising in Pelvic Health, with a strong interest in supporting community health and wellbeing.
