Term 1 offers a beautiful mix of wellness, fitness programs designed to support both adults and children in feeling active, balanced, and connected. Whether you are looking to shake some life into your Mondays with energetic dance moves, unwind after a long day, or introduce your little one to the magic of music, there is something for everyone to enjoy this term.

MOVE. GROOVE. REPEAT ZUMBA
Add some fun and energy to your week with Zumba at Club Coridale, a great way to improve fitness, build confidence, and finish your day feeling energised and positive.
Led by the vibrant Andrea, this dance-based fitness class combines upbeat music with easy-to-follow moves that get your heart pumping and your mood lifted.

No dance experience is needed, just a willingness to move and enjoy yourself.
PILATES WITH CASSANDRA
Pilates returns to Club Coridale after a wonderful response last term, and we are excited to continue the journey with another full term of mindful movement.
Led by our experienced instructor, Cassandra, these sessions focus on controlled movement, core strength, posture, and flexibility. With variety and balance in each class, participants feel supported while gently challenging the body.

HEY DEE HOO MUSICAL LEARNING PROGRAM
Introduce your child to the joy of music through the Hey Dee Ho Music Program at Club Coridale!
This playful and educational program allows children to explore rhythm, movement, sound, and creativity through songs, instruments, puppets, and role play.
Each week introduces a new theme designed to support early learning and development.
The program encourages confidence, coordination, language development, and social interaction in a warm and welcoming environment.

Give your child the opportunity to learn, move, and create through music this term!
YOGA WITH KELLIE
Ease into mid-week with gentle movement and calm guidance through yoga at Club Coridale.
These evening sessions with Kellie are designed to help you slow down, stretch out, and reconnect with your breath. The class welcomes all experience levels and focuses on creating a supportive space where you can unwind both physically and mentally.
Come along for a chance to pause, reset, and enjoy time for yourself.
