We’re pleased to share a few key updates and news to help you stay informed and engaged with your Owners Corporation and the broader community.

Winner's of the Mother's Day Competition


 

Wow! We have so many Mums and Mother figures who deserve to be pampered within our Coridale Community!!

 

Thank you to everyone who entered our Mother's Day competition and told us all about how special their Mum or special Mothers Day person is and why they deserved a little spoiling! 

 

We loved receiving them all and reading all about these special people in your lives and our community!

 

We received so many lovely photos but would like to share with you these 2 beautiful photos of our our lucky winner and runner up winner.

City of Greater Geelong
Big Freeze Event



The Big Freeze Geelong, is a FREE community event supporting the fight against Motor Neurone Disease (MND)!

 

📅 Date: Sunday, 1st June 2025

🕧 Time: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM

📍 Location: St Mary's Football Club (Geelong Oval)

 

Bring the whole family along to enjoy the excitement as local celebrities take the plunge, sliding into icy water in hilarious costumes. All to raise awareness and funds for the MND Foundation.

 

It’s a great cause, a great time, and a great way to show your support. Don’t miss out!

 



Ready to Enjoy Club Coridale?
Complete your induction to gain your access today!



All residents, whether owners or tenants and their family members above 16 years old, are required to be inducted to use the Club Coridale facilities.

 

If you have not yet had an induction and you would like to use the facilities, download the Coridale Community App and request an induction.



If you do not have access to the App, you can request your login through the link below.

 

Once our team receives your request, they will send you a temporary password to access the app and you are able to change your password once you have logged in the first time.

 

The app will guide you with the required documents that you need to furnish the Club in order to proceed with the app login and induction.



Community Presentation



You may have noticed the Coridale Community Presentation Team out and about inspecting the streets of Coridale - if you see them, don't forget to give them a friendly wave!

 

During the month of May the community presentation team undertook over 250 inspections within the Community.

 

Statistics for the month of May as well as reporting on the most common non-compliance matters are noted below:

 

Top 3 non-compliance items identified:

1. OC Rule - 5 (f) Nature Strip

2. OC Rule - 5 (e) Upkeep of Yard Areas

3. OC Rule - 5 (g) Rubbish Disposal



We would like to thank everyone who takes the time and effort to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the Coridale Community by maintaining your properties, in particular the nature strips and landscaping.

Kings Birthday Public Holiday



The Quantum United Management office will be closed on: 

Date: Monday 9th June 2025 for the Kings Birthday Public Holiday.

Never Miss a Due Date Again!

Simplify your life—set it and forget with Macquarie’s Direct Debit



Did you know that your OC fees can be deducted automatically on the due date via the direct debit facility that is now available through the Macquarie DEFT platform?

 

Many lot owners have already taken advantage of this 'set and forget' facility where fees are automatically deducted from your nominated bank account on the scheduled date, ensuring timely payment which gives you the peace of mind to focus on other things, without the hassle of worrying about forgetting to pay by certain due dates.

 If this is something that you would like to set up moving forward, please send us an email at minta@quantumunited.com.au and we can arrange to have a unique invitation for your lot to be sent to you via the Macquarie Deft Platform.

 

Once your Direct Debit has been set up with Macquarie Bank's DEFT Payment System, there will be no more forms to complete, no more cheques to write, no more postage charges to pay and no more standing in queues to make payments.

 

While members are under no obligation to set up direct debit facility, we encourage you to take this opportunity to simplify your payment arrangements.

 

If you choose the direct debit facility, you will still continue to receive fee notices via your preferred delivery method, however, the fee amount will automatically be debited from your nominated account on the due date noted on your fee notice.

 

Frequently Asked Questions from Lot Owners

 

Will my direct debit amount update if my fee amount changes?

Yes, once registered, the Macquarie DEFT system will be synced with the Owners Corporation lot account. Any changes to your fee amount will automatically update your direct debit amount, ensuring accurate and seamless payments.

 

What happens to my direct debit if I sell my property?

Your account will no longer be debited once your property sale is processed. The Macquarie DEFT system is directly linked to the Owners Corporation database and will deactivate the direct debit for your lot when ownership details are updated.
