Introducing Your New Owner Portal:

Dear Owner,

 

As part of our migration to a new internal strata management platform, we’re pleased to introduce a new and improved Owner Portal via Property IQ, available from Monday 23rd June 2025. 

 

While there is no change to how your Owners Corporation is managed behind the scenes, this upgrade delivers a refreshed and more user-friendly front-end experience through the Owner Portal. The new owner portal platform has been designed to provide a more streamlined, modern and user-friendly experience for accessing your property information.

 

PLEASE NOTE: There will only be one (1) login issued per lot, sent to the primary contact on file.

Accessing your new Property IQ Portal


 

  • Owners will begin receiving their login details for the PropertyIQ portal via email.
  • These will be issued in batches starting Monday 23 June, so please keep an eye on your inbox over that week.
  • The email will include your personal login link and instructions to access the new portal.
