Annual General Meeting Minutes 2025



Dear Members,

 

Thank you to all members who were able to attend the recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Coridale Owners Corporation (OC) held at Club Coridale, Multipurpose Room on Thursday, 23rd October 2025.

Notice of Correction for the Minutes

Please note that Item 8: Insurance, specifically 8.1 Review of Current Insurance Cover, has been corrected in accordance with the insurance policy.

 

For members who have opted to receive notices and communication via email, a copy of the minutes was sent through our Property IQ system.

 

Members who have chosen to receive correspondence via post, have been issued a printed copy mailed to their nominated postal address.

 

We encourage all members to review the updated minutes, and should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Community Management Team at Quantum United Management.



Budget and Owners Corporation Fees 2025-2026 

 

The proposed budget 2025/2026 was tabled and approved by the members present.

 

The budget reflects the annual fees for July 2025- June 2026 to be $1,144.51 for a standard residential lot. These fees are set predominantly based on the proposed forecast expenses to operate Club Coridale.


Owners Corporation Committee 2025/2026



We would like to extend a warm welcome to our seven newly elected Committee Members. We look forward to working with them moving forward to assist in making Coridale a community that you are proud to call home.
